A Herança

The Bible tells the story of a king of Israel
His name was Ahab, his wife Jezebel
They did not serve the Lord

One day King Ahab went and spoke to Naboth
Sell me your vineyard or exchange it with me
And the offer was made

Naboth speaking to the king was not intimidated
Said I won't sell my vineyard and I won't give it to you
I won't trade it for anything you have

This is the inheritance my parents gave to me
I will never sell it to you and I won't give it to you
I won't negotiate my treasure

The king tells Jezebel his indignation
I made an offer to Naboth and received a no
And with his great vineyard, I made no deal

Jezebel said; get up and eat, I will resolve
And ordered Naboth to be killed in the name of the King
Stating that Naboth had blasphemed against God

Naboth did not sell
He did not trade his treasure, did not sign the paper
With the inheritance of his father, he was faithful
Even losing the land, he lost his life
But inherited heaven

Do not sell salvation, do not trade anointing
This is an inheritance from God
Do not sell the ministry, which God entrusted to you
Do not trade the inheritance, which God has given

Even if they promise something greater
And even say it's something better
Don't fall for that talk, that's not from God
What you have is valuable, God gave it to you

They may threaten, sign a decree
And even kill you to keep what is yours
But do not sell, do not trade, do not give, be faithful
Do not sell the ministry, do not sign the paper
For your inheritance is not here, your inheritance is heaven

They may sign laws, they may even kill
But this church does not surrender
Because the inheritance of this church is heaven
