Mi Cristo Vive

Who taught the sun to rise in the morning
And said to the sea you can only come this far
Who taught the moon to hide until the night
And placed the stars with His hands

I know that my Christ lives
Oh I know that my Christ lives
All His creation declares
And my soul cries out
I know that my Christ lives

The same God who created the universe
Runs to the weak, the married, and the fallen
And those tender hands always sustain me
He conquered death and hell

He lives, my sins forgiven
He lives forever to proclaim
The price of my sin
Was paid with His life
But He lives today and the tomb is empty
