Aladdín

Aladdin
It was a story that was unfinished
Blank pages, the others are already halfway
Fear traps the pen and doesn't paint
Our protagonists are motionless
They want to leave the shelf
And the genie will get tired, doesn't grant wishes
to those who don't believe in their truth
Two names that don't have ink to breathe
They still don't know each other, don't know what will come
A thousand and one sleepless nights
While the city awaits them
The awakening, sighs
That sound like hopefully
And hopefuls that sound like never
And we will write our story
With invisible paint
We will travel on our carpet
That flies and takes us everywhere
That you and I could dream of as children
Since today I don't dare
At least let me imagine
I could have you on my pillow
And still doesn't know what to say
It's so easy for me to talk
But so hard to choose
Welcome to my room of fabrics
Which takes us to the stars
A strong one with brave dust
That dares and doesn't leave us halfway
Run and follow those shooting stars
We will write our story
With invisible paint
We will travel on our carpet
That flies and takes us everywhere
That you and I could dream of as children
Since today I don't dare
Let me imagine
Adventures that stay in your head
Early mornings where the message stays on a platter
Wishes smelling like birthdays after blowing out the candles
Dreams in a state of waiting
We will write our story
With invisible paint
And we will travel on our carpet
That flies and takes us everywhere
That you and I could dream of as children
Since today I don't dare, oh oh oh
Maybe today I dare
To paint you for real
