La Casa Del Árbol
Depresión Sonora
The Treehouse
I'm not as funny as I think I am
Everyone laughs around me
Among so many people, I feel small
I prefer to spend time in my imagination
We will find out that this is not our place
I always wanted a treehouse
To have a boat and be the captain
To run like an animal amidst so much cement
The walls are so high
That the rooftops are no longer visible
I change my clothes and go down to the street
I still don't know what I'm going to find
I don't know any neighbors and I miss you
I think I'm going to call you this afternoon
We will find out that this is not our place
I always wanted a treehouse
To have a boat and be the captain
To run like an animal amidst so much cement
The walls are so high
That the rooftops are no longer visible
