Veio Ao Mundo Pra Nos Salvar

An angel appeared
To a young woman named Mary
She had been chosen
To be the mother of the Son of God

And then, do you know what else happened?

The angel also spoke to Joseph
To take good care of Mary
For the child that would be born
Was Jesus, the Son of God

He came with the mission to save us
He came to live as one of us
In all things, he was an example
Obedient at all times
So that we would walk as He walked
Live as He lived
Jesus, the Son of God
Came into the world to save us

The child grew
Bringing much joy to all
Jesus was obedient
Liked to study, was intelligent
(We want to be like you are, Lord)

He came with the mission to save us
He came to live as one of us
In all things, he was an example
Obedient at all times
So that we would walk as He walked
Live as He lived
Jesus, the Son of God
Came into the world to save us!
