Cómo Te Digo
Diego Ojeda
How Do I Tell You
Don't think I'm lying if I tell the truth
Don't put locks on your loneliness
I know I live far away and talk too much
But that can be fixed if you hug me now
And I don't understand how others didn't know how to value
All the poetry in your way of walking
How do I tell you
That since the day I saw you I have written
A forever from my mouth to your belly button
From your hair to my skin
I won't lose you
How do I tell you
That somehow seeing you was definitive
Even if we have to learn to be friends
To look at each other sideways
Don't think I don't have the courage to understand
That things are not always as they should be
I come from a planet where I learned to lose
You have springs that are yet to burn
And I don't understand how others didn't know how to value
All the poetry in your way of walking
How do I tell you
That since the day I saw you I have written
A forever from my mouth to your belly button
From your hair to my skin
I won't lose you
How do I tell you
That somehow seeing you was definitive
Even if we have to learn to be friends
To look at each other sideways
How do I tell you
That since the day I saw you I have written
A forever from my mouth to your belly button
From your hair to my skin
I won't lose you
How do I tell you
That somehow seeing you was definitive
Even if we have to learn to be friends
To look at each other sideways
Without fear of the future
