I have noticed that life is different for you
Out there life changes, it's clear to see

Come and value the life of the majority who live in opposition

See the envy and greed, the trust and the evil eye
See that there is no future for what you did in the past

It's complicated, I also can't find an explanation
See a kid who had a park, now only plays on the ground
Look into my eyes, I look right into yours
I ask the question, 'do you think my neighborhood has died?'

Investment in other places, why is the drowsiness not there
You don't know the area well, the police know it well
Don't invest for your luxury, don't spend on what is not worth it
If my people invest ten, you come and steal a hundred

Mr. President, tell me, explain to me why
Why don't you help an elderly person if they worked more than you
Keep your eyes on the face of the crowd
Who have half of the minimum wage, the other half of loneliness

There's no money for electricity, no money for water, for food or gas
Fifteen stories just for diapers, who feeds the boy?
The girl grows up and follows the wrong path
The man thinks he has a daughter and actually has a stepdaughter

Nothing changes, don't run away or take off the glove
Many didn't die of cirrhosis because there was a missing grape
Remember we are not dogs in a pack
And in this situation, it could be your daughter

But hope is the only thing that makes us row against the tide
Because life is unfair, life is what it is
Don't say it's over, don't say it's the end
Because I was born in '91 and Portugal wasn't like this
