Sueños Gastados

my shoes have gotten too small,
something tells me it’s time to leave this place.
At the station next to failure
and hope,
I’m waiting for a train that I don’t know where it goes.

Metamorphosis with pain,
where the hell is a place to feel good?

We’re rolling downhill and
I never learned to use the brakes.
If living means just getting older,
all I can do is be a little smarter than yesterday.
And so many things that were fun yesterday,
today are just wasted dreams.
On the avenue of the fugitives
I’m walking straight to hell.
On a mission like an apostle, I wanted to screw the world,
and now that I’ve lost my faith,
where the hell is a place to feel good?
