From my great state I never left

In Piracanjuba, I left longing
I went to Morrinhos, a beautiful city

I came from Ipameri, it's a fine jewel
In São Luiz, there are beautiful girls
In Porangatu, it almost captivates me
I left for Ceres and then Planaltina
I passed through Inhumas and also Cristalina
And from Hidrolândia, I went to Pontalina
I went to Caldas Novas for medicine
I live in Itumbiara, bordering Minas

I really liked the city of Anápolis
And in Catalão, land of my parents
Formosa and Silvânia equally beautiful
I will never forget my old Goiás
Ancient capital from times past
Today is Goiânia, flower of the capitals
