Valdivia

Valdivia
I've been sad for a long time
I've been like this for a while, like this
If I had an alternative
I would go down some path
Towards the south on a train, plane or on foot
If living in cities is so good
Then why do I feel like this
The corner is not the same anymore
The little house was knocked down
For iron, cement, and neon
I will return to Valdivia to walk
To take in the city
To be more of a person, to be happier
To feel your loves, your clear, blue intuition
Your woods, your waters, your colors
(Will your hair be the honey in my alcove
And your dreams my dreams too)
They say it's raining in the south
And someone saw you in the rain
Let me be a fish
At the tip of your hook
Or caught in the weave of your net
I would have a blue car like the sky
A white house and a chair
And I would give anything
To have you and your rose
And for you to be on this journey with me.
