They say we all, are born with a sign
That marks us, with fortune or misfortune
A star, that we call destiny
That what one is meant to be, is what one achieves
Some are born among lace and silk
And go happily smiling at life
Others bring, their misery from the cradle
And their luck is to walk, among thorns

Looking at my palm, a gypsy told me
You'll have money, height, and lots of fame
But in love, you'll be a beggar
You'll only find one pure and sincere
Later, when I checked the prophecy
I found only deception, in affection and friendship
The pretty little gypsy was not wrong
Because the only love was that of mom
