Pancho López
He was born in Chihuahua 906
in a mat under a cypress tree
at two years old he spoke English
he killed two men at the age of three.
Pancho, Pancho López,
small but a killer.
At four years old he knew how to ride
he knew how to aim the rifle
at thirty yards I saw him
shut an eye of a mosquito without aiming.
Pancho, Pancho López,
brave as a lion.
At five years old he knew how to sing
to play guitar and even dance
and his dad let him smoke
and he got drunk with pure mescal.
Pancho, Pancho López,
ended up in Alaska.
At six years old he fell in love
then at seven he went and got married
what had to happen happened
and at eight years old dad turned out.
Pancho, Pancho López,
he went to the revolution.
Here the story ended
because at nine Pancho died
and the advice from the story is:
don't live life so fast!
Pancho, Pancho López,
small but a killer.
Pancho, Pancho López,
you lived like a cyclone.
