El Kanka
Sucker
I always offered her my umbrella
In case it rained.. So she wouldn't get wet
And I would offer her my little jacket
Just when it started to cool down
She didn't want me.. I accepted it
But I kept bothering her
I pursued her and harassed her
In case she changed her mind one day
She didn't want to break our friendship
But I didn't care about all that
She wasn't that special either
And I was dying to be under her blanket
And for them to stop calling me a sucker
After giving her my whole life
And waxing her stairs
And inviting her to.. Everything, inviting her
And installing cable TV for her
Between calls and texts
And many other stupid things
I squandered my meager salary
And, on top of that, she didn't even pay attention to me
She didn't want to break our friendship
But I didn't care about all that
She wasn't that special either
And I was dying to be under her blanket
And for them to stop calling me a sucker
And for them to stop calling me a sucker
And for them to stop calling me a sucker
After several years of suffering
Plus a restraining order
Finally, I got tired of making a fool of myself
And the curious thing is that.. From that moment on
She started to miss me
