Não Temas, Sou Eu
Eliane Fernandes
Fear not, it is I.
The boat is going very far
In the sea, so serene and calm
Gliding over the waves
The disciples alone
They keep rowing the little boat
Without Jesus accompanying
Suddenly the sky closes in
And then it thunders very loudly
And it starts to drip
Everyone was worried
Because the wind is blowing in the opposite direction
Does the boat want to sink?
The sea
Bravio whips with great force
The little boat
And the worst part is that without Jesus
They are alone
And already tired of rowing
What to do?
Right on time
In what way did they feel themselves perishing?
From the top of the mountain
The master began to descend
There he goes, walking along
Descending from the mountain, peacefully
With God's gaze
Contemplating troubled hearts
Arriving at the beach
The boat cannot pick up
To grant deliverance
And now, what will Jesus do?
Reaching the end of the beach
Great sea ahead
The headwind
Wanting to stop the mission
But when the waters
They noticed the way the master walked
It became a catwalk
To get past the lion
There goes Jesus
Walking
Walking on the sea
And it's getting closer
From the little boat, without sinking
But when
They saw Jesus walking
On the waters
They screamed in terror
Oh my God, here comes a ghost!
But quickly
My Jesus, this is what I tell you
These words
Do not be afraid, it is I
Calm down, it's me!
Calm down, it's me
Cheer up, it's me!
Relax, it's me
Trust me, it's me!
Rejoice, my son, it is I!
I am your comfort
Support, rest
Response, refuge
Victory, renewal
I am providence
Presence, evidence
I am deliverance
Because I change the sentence
Calm down, be still
Rest, cheer up
For it will not perish
The boat of your life
But if the sea wants to make you stop
I'll make you walk on top
