O Peregrino

I'm a pilgrim in this world, wandering but always moving on
Often stumbling, crying or singing along
Slow steps but I keep on walking strong

If the enemy attacks me on the road
There's Someone who comes to fight for me, I know
If the valley surrounds me and I can't get through
That Someone comes again to help me too

I can't stop, the road is tough: I know it well
But Jesus is with me, guiding me in His embrace
And with Him, I'll always be safe and sound.
