I met this city
when the night fell with the moon and sofa
showing every place
with a charm of a concrete and rhinestone girl
and it enveloped me like the sea envelops
and I was so vulnerable in its glass arms
and it seduced me like the sea seduces
and I was so vulnerable...so vulnerable
in its glass arms

and so I saw pass by
the millenary art of a starfish
and I heard the voice
of a man of a thousand years with an angelic face
that enveloped me like the sea envelops
but I was invulnerable to his ultramarine song

and I didn't even try to escape
how to escape from this endless poetry

I met this city
when the night fell with your years behind
and now I'm here
sitting on the stones that saw it born...
