A Grande Viagem

One day everything will end, one day Jesus He will return
One day yes and it will be enough, one day, one day

One day I will ascend to heaven, leave this clod to the air
I don't want to stay, one day I will fly
I won't need wings, rocket or flying saucer
I will only respond to the Lord's call

The force that attracts me is strong, I will not falter
Listening to Jesus calling, I will answer
I am Lord to praise You, praising then I will depart
To the sweet and eternal home, the house of my King

I will overcome gravity
And face to face I will see Jehovah
