I can't conform, I don't accept
I don't accept that there's no change
I don't accept saying that Jesus lives in me, and I continue the same way:
Slave of my past, living the same story
I can't conform, I don't accept
There must be a difference
There must be a change
If Jesus lives in me, there must be a change
Nothing can be the same as it once was
There must be a change
There must be a new man
There must be a new life
If nothing has changed
Or if it still looks
Like the man from the past, then everything is wrong
If Jesus doesn't show up
It's time to take off the mask
Show your face
It's time for you to say
Who you really are
It's time for the believer to assume
Their belief
It's time for the world to see in me
The difference
The gospel of Jesus
Doesn't do repairs or fixes
It must be transformed
And born again
It's a new birth
There are those who want to
Be born halfway
You have to be born whole
Be a true believer
And walk in truth
It's time to take off the mask
Show your face
It's time for you to say
Who you really are
It's time for the believer to assume
Their belief
It's time for the world to see in me
