Vaso de Valor
Esther Pinheiro
Vessel of Worth
The vessel might be turned upside down,
When God renews the vessel, it stands like crystal now.
From old tin, it becomes a treasure,
Brighter than gold, filled with anointing and faith.
In a flash, it changes from dull to bright,
Becomes a diamond in the Lord's sight.
From a crooked vessel, it stands upright,
When it preaches, when it sings, it’s pure delight.
If it’s been through the potter, it’s a vessel of worth.
Lift that vessel, turn it right,
Take it to the sun to soak up the light.
For the potter’s gonna set you straight,
Gonna fill you with faith,
And the glory of heaven will be your fate.
The builder starts to purify,
And the work won’t end until it’s restored, oh my.
If the struggle comes, you’re already a champ,
If you pass the test,
You’re seen as a vessel of worth.
There are many vessels worrying,
God’s watching you, treating you with love, you see.
To the potter, it doesn’t matter who you are,
Whether you’re red or silver, he won’t pick a star.
In an instant, he takes the weak vessel,
When it goes down to the workshop, it rises a winner.
It’s a rare gem, it’s anointed, it’s right,
When it preaches, when it sings, it’s pure delight.
It’s been through the potter, it’s a vessel of worth.
