Não Temas, Sou Eu
Eurice Diniz
Do Not Fear, It's Me
Far away goes the boat, on the sea so serene and calm
Gliding over the waves
The disciples alone are rowing the little boat
Without Jesus to accompany
Suddenly the sky closes and then thunders loudly
And starts to drizzle
Everyone became worried, as the wind in the opposite direction
Wants to make the boat sink
The rough sea lashes the little boat with great force
And the worst is that without Jesus they are alone
And already tired of rowing, what to do
But just at the moment they felt perishing
From the mountaintop the master began to descend
There he goes walking, descending from the mountain, calm
With a God's gaze contemplating troubled hearts
Arriving at the shore, the boat couldn't reach
To provide deliverance, and now what will Jesus do
Arriving at the end of the beach, the vast sea ahead
The contrary wind wanting to stop the mission
But when the waters realized the master's walk
It turned into a walkway for the lion to pass over
There goes Jesus, walking, walking on the sea
And approaching the boat without sinking
But when they saw Jesus walking on the waters
They shouted in terror: My God, there comes a ghost
But quickly my Jesus, said these words
Do not fear, it's me, calm down, it's me!
Be still, it's me, take heart, it's me!
Rest, it's me, trust, it's me!
Rejoice your soul, my child it's me!
I am your comfort, support, rest
Answer, refuge, victory, renewal
I am providence, presence, evidence
I am deliverance, for I change the sentence
Calm down, be still, rest, take heart
For the boat of your life will not perish
But if the sea wants to make you stop, I will make you walk on top
In your family Do not fear, it's me
In your marriage do not fear, it's me
In your ministry do not fear, it's me
And in your life, I am the one who cares
