Lo que quiero

I think I have taken much more than I deserve.
I think I have lived much more than I should.
Initially, I was a happy person, as everything was like a game.
I could have wanted to die, seeing my future in black.
But I don't remember it well.

I must say that I had fun at first.
But everything changed when I saw the precipice.
My little existence passed within a hell.
I wish I knew how I got out of that horrible dream.
But I don't remember it well.

Now I can think more.
Because now I can dream more.
And now I can understand what I want.
Now I understand what freedom is.

I think as I grew up, I filled myself with hatred.
Because when I needed the most, I was left alone.
They told me that's how life was, and that I should accept everything.
That there was a destiny written for me, and that was the way it was.
And I was left alone.

Now I can think more.
Because now I can dream more.
And now I can understand what I want.
Now I understand what freedom is.
