Who sets the captives free.

Who conquers death himself.

Who brings good news to all the poor and weak.

Jesus, redeemer of the world.
You are Christ, the rock that holds us.
God is with us, He Himself comes to the world,
The light that illuminates the night.

Who comes to us to serve.
What kind of God,
Who becomes small, like a child.
What kind of God,
Who takes upon Himself all the guilt of this earth for us.
What kind of God,
Who builds His new kingdom with us.
What kind of God,
Who gives us the inheritance.
What kind of God,
Who loves us beyond words as sons and daughters.
