Shadows
In the twilight, shadows come to earth
Inviting everyone to rest
But God promises the dawn
And from the clouds, shadows dissipate
Shadows, God is in the shadows
Firm is His love in taking care of us
Shadows, God is in the shadows
He won't let you fight in pain alone
When in the afternoon, boredom surrounds me
In the silence of the darkening
Then Jesus comes to my side
And makes me forget the sorrows
If shadows cover the horizon
Even if I can't see the Sun
In Jesus, I find refuge
From the storms of my life
