If someday I could write a poem
Deck it out with sound and light
Everyone would then learn to sing

Oh, yes, it's worth it to serve Jesus
In this world, it's better to have Christ
Wealth fades away, honor, glory, and positions
But happy is the one who has Christ

The greatness of the earth will be purer
And the hardships will be fuller of peace
On that day when I happily sing this song

My name, the works that I did
