Cadeira de Rodas
Fernando Mendes
Wheelchair
Sitting at the door
In her wheelchair she was
Her eyes are so beautiful
Without having joy so sad, she cried
But when I passed
Her sadness came to an end
Her small mouth
At the same moment smile at me
That girl was happiness
That I waited so long but didn't have the courage
And I didn't tell you about my great love
And now where she is I don't know
Today I live suffering and without joy
I didn't have enough courage to decide
That girl and her wheelchair
I would give anything to see you smile again
Sitting at the door
In her wheelchair she was
Her eyes are so beautiful
Without having joy so sad, she cried
But when I passed
Her sadness came to an end
Her small mouth
At the same moment smile at me
That girl was happiness
