This life has been tough, I admit
Forgive me, but I don't know fear
Always facing thousands of circumstances
So much intolerance, and damn ignorance, that
Made me understand, that I have to grow
I want to be something more

And let the world know that I am capable
Of rising, and fighting
Because I will never give up
They can say what they want

To listen, to their thoughts
Because their words don't hurt me

I more than anyone know very well that life is sometimes tough
And that if I want freedom, I must cut my ties
(It's not enough)
To be rebellious and go against the system
I must work harder, and show that there is no problem
That can go against the desire to fulfill my ideals

I won't let fear or their social prejudices win me over
I will continue for the people who appreciate me
Those who, undoubtedly, have served as anesthesia
Every time pain knocks on my door and it's because of them
I will try to improve myself and have a beautiful future
By their side, my friends have always been my support

And if they are with me, no barrier matters to me
I will rise, I will overcome
Because I will never give up
