Que Va a Ser
Fran Perea
What Will Happen
Everything except everything important
The room was filled
Nothing that anyone notices is missing
And everything that was missing is missing
Behind every important phrase
What we said to each other like robots
The memories of the two are drowning
Stepping on my instincts I'm pulling
And I ask myself every day, isn't this just me?
But sometimes everything falls and fades away
Thinking about the other night
Many nights separate us
Today when I arrived at dawn
I heard you crying
Without knowing it was there
And I, without saying a word to you
I kissed you on the face
And I have pretended not to hear you murmur
The gestures that were once insignificant
They were just provocation
Everything was left over or not enough
And who cares? It's not the question
Hate was just one step away
Of what was once love
The gazes of the two are burning
Stepping on my instincts I'm pulling
And I ask myself every day, isn't this just me?
But sometimes everything falls and fades away
Thinking about the other night
Many nights separate us
Today when I arrived at dawn
I heard you crying
Not knowing it was there
And I, without saying a word to you
I kissed you on the face
And I have pretended not to hear you murmur
So what? Tell me what will become of us
If we lose ourselves little by little
Every day a little more
And I, the last thing I remember
It is whispering to you in a low voice
That tomorrow we will have to go to work early
Today when I arrived at dawn
I heard you crying
Not knowing it was there
And I, without saying a word to you
I kissed you on the face
And I have pretended not to hear you murmur
