God
God what is happening
I still don't understand
God
God it happened so suddenly
I've never seen this
At first, no one paid much attention
Because from China to Brazil the distance is quite large
And we thought everything would be fine
But in the blink of an eye the world changed
And the virus spread across the planet
And it doesn't choose between the poor and the rich

The reality hasn't sunk in for some until now
Thousands of people are passing away
Without being able to hug, not even say goodbye
And the people are divided, lacking direction
Some want to stay at home and others don't
Because the way we are, only God's hand
To guide us and show us what He wants from us
Oh my Lord, please
Listen to our voice, our voice

In the world, many people are suffering
But I'm sure you see, Lord
You have control of everything and know what you're doing
But there are also many people doing charity
And I'm realizing that society
Now at this moment, we are all equal
We salute all doctors and nurses
Who are the first against the Coronavirus
Risking their lives and their families
Forgive my ignorance for not understanding
But I think all of this is for us to learn
To value our neighbor and do wonders

Oh my Lord, please, extend your hand
Oh my Lord, please, come show us a direction
