Los sueños

Dreams
When, when the children fall asleep
the darkness of the night
They come down to protect.
Look at the stars that light up
like silver lamps
hanging everywhere.
At the foot of each bed
a Dream comes to sit...
When, when the children fall asleep
the dreams of the night
They come back to talk.
What a nice dream yesterday:
when I wake up and yawn
my legs started to stretch
increasing and growing more and more.
I became giant without wanting to
and when I managed to stand up
I saw the moon so close
that I touched his little horns.
I'm going to tell you in two by three
another strange thing I dreamed:
Well, under the bed
my shoes were running fast.
And in the bureau the bottle
He screamed and sweated with excitement:
"-Hey! I'm going to the one who's crooked!"
Run shoe, run fast!"
