Once again I can be proud of myself
For being praised by all my friends
I will always lead my life like this
With dignity living in God's peace

My people know that I am not a conqueror
Nor do I take advantage of anyone's weaknesses
I inherited the legacy of a valuable gaucho
Who always weighed his respect on the scale
