To you, who make a covenant with me

Because you called me into covenant

In this covenant I rejoice
And sing from the heart

And make my life a prayer

Today in my life
The rainbow of love shone
Illuminating the shadow of the cross
Valuing the weight of pain

It's no longer the other rainbow
It's not temple or circumcision
Now it's a sign of the covenant
Your spirit in my heart

You who teach that to love is to give
Teach me to love
You who teach that to serve is better
Help me to work

Your love is faithful, Lord
Make me faithful too
May the will of the Father be mine
