At a certain moment in the gospel the Lord calls us friends
I do not call you servants, but I call you friends
And Jesus even said that no one has greater love than the one who gives his life for his friends
Jesus called me friend
Jesus wants to be my friend
The worst thing for a friend is when there is betrayal, when there is denial, when there is indifference
The best thing for a friend is when there is intimacy
When one knows the heart of the other
The friend knows the heart of the other
The friend wants to please the other
That's why we all need to grow in intimacy with Jesus
And I will only grow in intimacy with Jesus if I sit at His table, if I stay in His company, if I rest my head on His heart
John the Evangelist, without a doubt, was one of the most intimate with Jesus
The one who rested his head on Jesus' heart and could hear how, how the others perhaps could not hear the will of that heart
The desires of that heart
John was so intimate with Jesus, he was so intimate with Jesus, that he was the only one who did not abandon Jesus for anything, for nothing
Whoever does not grow in intimacy with God, may one day betray Him
May one day abandon Him
God wants to have intimacy with you
God wants to be your friend
Faithful friend, purest friend
I am not pure
I have so many sins
But His friendship will purify me
His friendship will transform me
It's beautiful when a friend transforms me
When Jesus starts to transform my heart
To purify my heart
And when friends start to be one, one heart
Being a friend of people on this earth is already very good
