Racismo É Burrice

Racism is Stupidity

Salute, my African and Lusitanian brothers, from the other side of the ocean
The Atlantic is small to separate us
Because blood is stronger than seawater
Racism, prejudice, and discrimination in general
It's a collective stupidity without explanation
After all, what justification do you give me for a people that needs unity
But clearly demonstrates
Unfortunately
A thousand prejudices
Of different natures
Showing that these people
These people from Brazil are very stupid
And can't see an inch ahead
Because if this people were intelligent, they would have acted more consciously
Eliminating all prejudice from their minds
And not acting with stupidity stamped on their chests
The elite that should set a good example
Is the first to show this kind of sentiment
In a complex of childish superiority
Or justifying a system of servile relations
And the common people go like fools with the wave of racism and discrimination
They lack unity and don't see the solution to the issue
Which, surprisingly, is in our hands
We just need a general overhaul
A kind of brainwashing

Racism is stupidity

Don't be a fool
Don't be ignorant
Don't care about the origin or color of your fellow
What does it matter if he's from the Northeast and you're not?
What does it matter if he's black and you're white?
Actually, being white in Brazil is difficult, because in Brazil we are all mixed-race
If you disagree, then look back
Look at our history, our ancestors
Colonial Brazil was not like Portugal
The root of my country was multiracial
It had indigenous, white, yellow, black
We were born from the mixture, so why the prejudice?
Bellies grew, time passed
Brazilians were born, each with their own color
Some with light skin, others darker
But we all came from the same mix
So pay attention to your foolishness
Because as I said, racism is stupidity
Put an end to ignorance
Do a brainwashing

Racism is stupidity

Black and Northeastern build their ground
Construction worker known as a pawn
In Brazil, the same black person who builds your apartment or washes the floor of a police station
Is searched and humiliated by a disgusting guard
Who still receives salary and daily bread thanks to the black, the Northeastern, and all of us
We pay men who think being humiliated doesn't hurt
Prejudice is senseless
Take the stupidity out of your chest and listen to me
Tell me if you would discriminate
Judge Lalau or PC Farias
No, you wouldn't do that
You learned that black is a thief
Many blacks steal, but many are stolen from
And be careful with that white person standing next to you
Because if he's hungry, you know how it is
He steals and kills a man
Whether you or Pelé
You and Pelé would die the same
So let prejudice die and racial unity live
I want to see you learn and do this song
A brainwashing

Racism is stupidity

Racism is stupidity but the dumbest is not the racist
It's the one who thinks racism doesn't exist
The worst blind person is the one who doesn't want to see
And racism is within you
Because the racist is actually a tremendous idiot
Who assimilates prejudices because they have a weak mind
And has never stopped to think
About the concepts that society insists on teaching
And from father to son, racism passes
In the form of jokes that would be much funnier
If they weren't a reflection of our ignorance
Transmitting discrimination from childhood
And what children learn while playing
Is nothing more than stupidity spreading
No type of racism - I say no type of racism - is justified
No one explains
We need brainwashing to end this garbage that is a cultural inheritance
Everyone who is racist doesn't know the reason
So I say my brother
Whether from the common people or the elite
Don't participate
Because as I said, racism is stupidity
As I said, racism is stupidity

Racism is stupidity

And if you're another fool, don't take it personally
It's time to do a brainwashing
But that's your commitment
I won't interfere
Who will wash your mind is not me
It's you
