Marchando Para o Céu

Marching to Heaven

We are living in the last days
Plague, war, hunger and death, violence every day
The world is getting worse every day
They despise the truth and applaud the lie
What is happening to our gospel?
With each passing day, the situation becomes more serious
Today what matters is status, money, and fame
We need to wake up, soon the master calls

Meanwhile here on earth, Christians are persecuted
They are burned, beheaded for speaking the name of Christ
It's impossible to accept so much immorality
Many believers are dead for preaching the truth
They generalize everything always thinking they are right
And live criticizing every step of the gospel
Irreconcilable, they are slanderers
Ungrateful and profane, they are evildoers

But there are seven thousand on earth who do not bow
They do not sell out, do not be silent and never bow to another God
Baal and Nebuchadnezzar may come
These believers in the furnace walk with the Lord
And the more they persecute
The church grows every passing day
The strong church remains, for this church is founded on the Lord
Waiting for the great day to come, our savior

They can persecute, we are marching to heaven
They can criticize, we are marching to heaven
They try to silence us, we are marching to heaven
They may even imprison, we are marching to heaven

They can stone us, we are marching to heaven
We are not from here, we are going to heaven
Whatever happens, we are marching to heaven
Because here on earth our goal is heaven
