Nova Vida

I have a new life in Christ
His love fills me with peace, and He makes me so happy
Jesus took me out of the darkness
He brought me into the light, how sweet is my Jesus
I found the solution for me, in
His arms I finally rested
His love makes me sing like this:

Jesus changed my being, Jesus took care of me
He cleansed my heart and my soul that was wounded
He has forgiven all my sins, after I accepted
His love, He changed my life
I can do all things with my Christ, my life and my heart
Are safe in His hands, heaven is my dwelling place

He went to prepare it Himself and will soon come to take me
There I will embrace my Jesus and with my mouth I will bless
I will sing with the angels forever
