Essence
I'll live my simple life
With a grateful heart to the Lord
I handed over my plans to him
I trust him, he is my creator
Every day I experience a miracle, when I open my eyes
In my wake
Thank you for the air of life
By living water and quenching thirst
I am grateful for the food that is my sustenance
And keeps me standing
For the seed that germinates in the ground
Grow and illuminate, radiating faith
I don't have excess, but I have essence
The heart of God is my residence
I bend my knees to talk to him
My greatest success is being his friend
The world is in crisis and I am in Christ
I will talk about the cross while I'm alive
To the sound of this praise I declare your glory
Tomorrow belongs to him, I will love it now
I am grateful for the food that is my sustenance
And keeps me standing
For the seed that germinates in the ground
Grow and illuminate, Radiating faith
I don't have excess, but I have essence
The heart of God is my residence
I bend my knees to talk to him
My greatest success is being his friend
The world is in crisis and I am in Christ
I will talk about the cross while I'm alive
To the sound of this praise I declare your glory
Tomorrow belongs to him I will love it now
I don't have excess, but I have essence
The heart of God is my residence
