O Crente e a Palmeira

In many times in the believer's life
The struggle is constant in their walk
And there are moments when the test is so great
That the believer even thinks about stopping
When tears wet their face
The enemy tells them to give up
And when they think they are alone
So desperate just along the way
Jesus says: My child, I am here

The storm will soon pass
Jesus guides the boat in the middle of the sea
He is the pilot, and when he guides the boat
The believer has victory
Do like the palm tree when the wind comes
It drags everything, and it goes too
But when it passes
It rises and sings victory

In many times I found in the Bible
Talking about the believer in comparison
It says that they are like the sheep
And when tested, they do not complain, no
The test always brings experience
Increasing the faith of the Christian
When the struggle comes, and they do not despair
They humble themselves, acting like the palm tree
Then they rise with the blessing in hand
