A Mis 20
Gonzalo Yañez
At My 20s
AT MY 20s
At my twenties I start to pack
The life I lead, my home can't find a place
I made a deal with the owner of a bar
They lend us a roof and in exchange I have to play
Whether there is or isn't doesn't matter
Bread is food for the gods
And this time I celebrate with a wine
That some friend gave me
It tastes much better
CHORUS
And for you I would spend my life
writing songs
Laughing at nothing
Sleeping without a mattress
Or in some hostel
Hand in hand with you
For you I would spend my life
Writing songs
Lying on the grass
It's much cheaper
Watching the sunrise
Hand in hand with you
It's a risk
We're going to take it
Better to bet on luck than not to be happy
At my twenties
I start to pack
Living with you, I curse the owner of the bar
I curse the owner and also the bar
CHORUS
And for you......
Whether there is or isn't doesn't matter
Bread is food for the gods
And this time I celebrate with a wine
That some friend gave me
CHORUS
And for you......
