Some are addicted to consuming alcohol
Others to sports or television
There are those whose work has become their addiction
And there are those addicted to love and pain

I have no body, but here I am
The whole world has called me “Love”
I am a drug, I cause addiction
No one can resist the effect I give

Everyone seeks me, without exception
As they idealize me as the ultimate satisfaction
I... bring smiles to those I'm with
And to those who lose me, I cause bitter pain

And there are those who get so hooked that they go
To commit suicide if one day their dose is not there

My sensation is such that in some it will cause
Them to hate anyone who tries to take me away
I have seen others kill after finding out
