Ainda me lembro

I still remember that I used to hear His voice
I would spend some time with Him always alone
And I had strength to fight and overcome
I still remember His touch of love
I felt strong, my pain disappeared
But I am weak because I stopped praying to the Lord

I want to surrender to the Lord
I cannot exist without His love
I want to dedicate my life today
For in Christ there is power
Only in Him there is pleasure
I want to abandon my sins
And never return
Oh! Father, free my whole life
I want peace in my heart
I want to find Your forgiveness
All this I ask of You in prayer!

I still remember the power of prayer
On bended knees, I received Your forgiveness
And I had strength to fight and overcome
I still remember living in Your love
How much joy to walk with the Savior
I have strength, for I have returned to pray to the Lord
