In quantity take me to 800 men that Elijah faced
He never felt alone he knew it wasn't just the Lord
He was backed up, he was a brave man
Even risking his life, his faith never failed him

They were misguided, they were wrong
They praised a foreign god, they worshipped a certain Baal
They offended the king of kings and Elijah didn't like it

Let the true God be the one to please
Elijah was challenged by them
They started asking their god to answer him
And even cut their bodies, but their effort
In vain, no matter how much they begged, their god didn't answer them
So the hours passed, time was running out
And the ugly wasn't seen

Elijah laughed at them, he said something louder
Maybe he's sleeping, his effort was so great
But he didn't answer them and their time ran out
It was time for them to see
The power of the king of kings, Jehovah of hosts

He prepared that burnt offering with great confidence
That Jehovah backed him up without fear
And without hesitation, Elijah began to cry out
And something great was happening there, the fire
Started to come down consuming the burnt offering

There everyone realized that Jehovah!
Is the proven king of kings!
