That Jesus once told
Who had two sons in a happy home
Until the youngest one left

Unfaithful son to the father's home
May you return today!
For the Father is waiting for you there
Sinner, come back to your home!

The youngest said to his kind father
Please give me my inheritance
And happily he went to enjoy
His estate in a distant land

The foolish young man squandered his wealth
With his friends, in pleasure
When famine came, he remembered his father
Who could always support him

The lost son finally returned home
Very repentant of what he did
And the father, happy, lovingly kissed him
For he saw his son again!
