To Heaven I Go
To heaven I go, even if it's cloudy
The path, sometimes, is thorny
By Jesus, my Master, always well guided
In His steps I follow, until I get there
Hallelujah! I walk to heaven
Nothing will discourage me!
To heaven I am approaching
Always my Jesus will guide me!
To heaven I go, even while struggling
Against temptations that arise before me
Under the blood of Jesus taking shelter
Hidden and very safe, I am like this
To heaven I go, even if very tired
And old friends, turn back
Strong I follow with the Lord Jesus by my side
Inviting others to accept peace
To heaven I go, joyfully walking
Soon the pilgrimage will end
If tired, walking in this world
I will rest in the divine mansion
