I lift up my eyes to the high mountains
Where does my help come from?
My help comes from the eternal God
Who made the earth, made the sky and the sea

He guards you if your foot falters
Your guard will never stumble
He is your shadow: Neither the Moon at night
Nor the Sun by day will bother you

He is the one who keeps all evils away
For He will guard your soul
He guards your going out, guards your coming in
