Un Anhelo

When I could sing to you, I sang to you
As long as I could walk, I have preached
With my hands and my lips I praised you
And even loving you, my lord, I have not tired

This flesh no longer wants to respond
Strength and vigor have already abandoned me
But I can assure you my Lord
That here inside my being I always praise you

A longing sustains me without wavering
Everything you have promised me
With precious majesty I want to look
And in a mansion of holiness I will dwell with you

I have my clothes ready my Lord
I have already prepared my luggage
I'm just waiting for the moment to leave
Where I will enjoy what I have desired

I invite you to make your decision today
Recognize that this world is lost
If you continue on the course where are you going?
In the end you will find only punishment
