Paraje Pozo La China
Hernán Arias
Pozo La China Area
Dawn of my homeland
Valid from the farm
From the corral to the guard's patio
A spur is crying
My grandpa is saddling up
His faithful chestnut horse
He carries the saddle and the lasso
To run some cattle
The day is breaking
We have to enclose the flock
Also separate the calves
The milking begins
In those dense mountains
That's where I came to life
Where the tigers roared
Pozo La China area
In the quebracho tree in the patio
The siesta is a commotion
With the singing of the birds
That brightened our day
A bull with full horns
Comes bellowing from afar
The cowboys get excited
They bellow and dig the earth
The afternoon breaks the silence
A shout from deep in the woods
The creaking of the trees is heard
From the forest ranger and the cowboy
In those dense mountains
That's where I came to life
Where the tigers roared
