Highly the heavens proclaim
Your divine Creator!
They announce the firmament
Your works, O Lord!
Ceaselessly, night and day,
They give signs of your power,
Without words, proclaiming
God supreme in knowledge!

Majestic the sun walks
Through the heavens, with splendor!
Rejoicing, in its course,
It fills the world with warmth.
The vast universe
Sings, in chorus, your praise!
And to us comes sweet teaching
From the Word of the Lord.

Your Law - how precious! -
Shines brighter than the clear light;
It enlightens our minds,
Guides souls to Jesus,
Meditating on your grace,
I will sing, O good Lord,
And it will be in my mouth
