Salmos 137
Hinos Avulsos CCB
Psalms 137
Settled by these rivers
Sir, I am
Consumed with sadness
For what happened
They surrounded all my brothers
They looted all his possessions
And now in captivity
Remembering Zion Weeping
The covenant that God made
With our parents
Transgressed by some
The others suffered
And those who destroyed us
They asked us for a song
That we would make them happy
Singing a song from Zion
I hung my harp on the willow tree
For, as in a strange land there, Lord
I will sing my praise
I will never forget you, Jerusalem
I will never forget you, Jerusalem
I know that one day my Lord
He will take me out of here
And again I will worship my God
In the mountains of Judah
So now in this prayer
Humiliated we are begging you
Forgive our transgressions
And come, Lord, to free us
Come Lord
With your strong hand
Come help me
And in Jerusalem
I will sing happily
I will never forget you, Jerusalem
