Soon I Will See
Soon in the sky, Jesus will appear
In glorious light; everyone will see Him
On that day, then, I will receive
From Christ a reward; oh! what joy!
Soon I will see the good Jesus,
And I will live in full light;
In the beautiful sky I will rejoice...
From all pain, by God, I will be free.
At the coming of the Lord I will receive
From His eternal love, rest and pleasure,
- Of this, my good Jesus, has already spoken to me
And of the heavenly light of Jehovah!
At the coming of the Lord I will enjoy pleasure,
When my Savior appears in glory;
Behold, He is coming soon, He will take the saints
To the mansion beyond, from where He will come!
