Beautiful Faces
The beautiful faces of my black people
are a parade of blooming molasses
that when passing in front of me, my heart rejoices
in their blackness, with all my heart.
The beautiful faces of my dark race
carry tears, sorrow, and pain
they are the truths that life challenges
but they hold much love within.
We are the laughing molasses
the crying molasses,
we are the loving molasses
and in every kiss, it's moving.
That's why I proudly live with their colors
we are kind polish, of clear poetry
they have their rhythm, they have melody
the beautiful faces of my black people.
Chorus:
The beautiful faces, the beautiful faces
the beautiful faces of my black people.
How beautiful they are... but look how beautiful they are.
They have, they have, they have, they have tears
a lot of melody, I tell you Belen they have beauty
and they also have poetry of the very beautiful kind.
Beautiful faces of black people,
that in La Calma I have a lot
the beautiful faces of my black people, are a delight.
We are, I tell you, the laughing molasses, hahaha
that sings and cries and in every kiss
very moving and captivating.
I tell you that in PortoBello Panama
I saw the most beautiful and pure face
and that's why my heart
rejoices in their blackness. That one is truly beautiful!
How beautiful, how beautiful, how beautiful they are.
Purity of blackness.
How beautiful, how beautiful, how beautiful they are.
Listen to me, how beautiful they are, beautiful they are,
cute they are, beautiful they are, beautiful they are
beautiful like you see, that's how they are
Beautiful like those I said are a delight
A rich delight, with your heart, rich with melon.
How beautiful, how beautiful, how beautiful, how beautiful
how cute they are, beautiful they are, very beautiful
cute they are, how beautiful they are, beautiful faces,
beautiful they are. Take me!
Beautiful they are, beautiful they are.
But how beautiful they are, but how beautiful they are,
beautiful they are, beautiful they are.
Many beautiful faces,
How beautiful they are.
Roco toco tin but how beautiful they are,
the beautiful faces of my black people, are a lot.
Parade of blackness, of the pure that comes from down there
The beautiful faces of my black people are a delight.
Laughing molasses, laughing molasses, hahaha
oh that sings and cries, and in every kiss very moving.
But how beautiful!
